I didn't want to get permanently trapped in a beureucratic system where all my creative decisions and schedules are dictated by non-creatives. I've no authority, no decision-making power, no social influence, no chances to present my work directly to management, no further promotions beyond my design role, yet I'm given responsibility to ensure all perfect outcomes for everyone else just because I'm the designer and problem solver. I've been reduced to a mere executor to fulfil other people's wishes at their convenience to safeguard their own positions.
I've only got one life, and I want to live it in alignment with my values and vision. I'm trusting that God has something else in store for me, and I am willing to lay down my life to pursue His purpose for me. Moving in full faith now.
